Search entire record:
Select Word(s) from the drop-down menu, enter the keywords or phrase, and click on the "GO" button.

Search a specific record field:
Select the desired search type from the drop-down menu,
enter the keywords or phrase, and click on the "GO" button.
Search type: Subject Term: lasers
Perform multiple searches:
Multiple searches allow you to find records where all searches are applicable (AND) or where any search is applicable (OR). Select the desired search type from the drop-down menu and enter the keywords or phrase for each search. Select the Boolean operator (AND/OR). Then, click on "GO."

Perform complex searches
Complex searches are an advanced version of ‘Multiple Searches.' These are built by combining different types of Boolean operators (AND/OR/NOT) in order to retrieve more specific results. For each search, select the desired field search type from the drop-down menu and enter the keywords or phrase. Select an operator (AND/OR/NOT). Then, click on "GO."
